Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born 13 June 1962 in the US, is an actor. Following her film debut during the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known as a member of the Brat Pack actors. She also appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). Her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead. Ally Sheedy, an American writer and actress. The early 1980s were when she began her career as a film actress with the thriller Bad Boys. She was very well-received in this film. Rick Rosenthal was the director of the film with other actors notable, such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In the wake of her success in her first film, she was later seen in the 1985 comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes directed one of greatest films for high schools. Though the budget was only $1 million, the film's earnings surpassed the mark of $50 million. When she was on CBS Schoolbreak, which was also her television debut. In April 1980, the show began to air. It was aimed at teens. Other shows on TV she was in include Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. Some of her latest appearances are in Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse an action film featuring a superhero in which she plays an appearance. Sheedy won numerous prizes in 2005 for her performance. She also was honored an MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
